Aircraft
One and two engine planes can be chartered without a problem. From Equis I, the closest airstrip is about 20 minutes away, and Equis II can be reached from two airstrips. The transfer time to Equis II to the airstrip is around 10 minutes by speedboat, flying time approx. 45 minutes.
Alarm
Your Bang & Olufsen audio visual system contains an wake-up alarm. The operating instructions are in your suite.
Arrival
The Equis are generally available for check-in from 2pm, and the same applies to the suites. Please let us know a few days beforehand, when and on which flight you will arrive. We will collect you from the airport in an air-conditioned vehicle. The transfer time to Equis I is approx. 30 minutes, to Equis II about 60 minutes (flight and boat). Even in the case of a very late arrival, our kitchen won't be cold, and the bar and wine cellar will, of course, also be open to you.
Bars
You have the pain of deciding: Both the house bar and the pool bar are well stocked.
Bath towels
You will also find bath towels in each of the suites of the Equis.
Bathrobe
You will find a bathrobe in each suite of the residences.
Bed linen
The Equis provide various bed linen for your use. The choice ranges from tropical sheets to down quilts. Just let our house staff know, and the choice is yours.
Bicycles
Both mountain bikes and road bikes are available at Equis I.
Boats
In Equis II, there are boats available to you from 10 to 35 ft, some of them with a skipper. You can use the boats for excursions, fishing, water-skiing etc.
Books
There are libraries in both Equis I and Equis II. The range comprises a few thousand works from all genres. There are, of course, also children's books available.
Breakfast
You determine when, what and where you would like to have breakfast. If you have any special breakfast wishes, please let us know the day before.
Café
Please let our house staff know what you would like, we will arrange it for you.
Caribbean luxury villa
Costa Rica borders on the Caribbean Sea and - only around 200 km westwards - the Pacific Ocean. Equis I is approximately 90 minutes away, while Equis II is situated directly on the beach of Golfo Dulce - that is, on the Pacific Ocean. The flair of the Caribbean - combined with a luxury villa on the Pacific Ocean.
Children
Children are more then welcome. If you have a special wish for the big kids: no problem, we ask only that you let us know in time.
Children's beds
Please let us know, shortly before your arrival, where you require a children's or supplementary bed. When you arrive, you will find everything in accordance with your wishes.
Clothes
Please wear whatever attire you wish.

Costa Rica Luxury Hotel
The Equis does not want to be a luxury hotel. More information regarding Luxury Hotels, Resorts & Co. can be found under "The Equis".
Dining times
Dining times do not exist at the Equis. With us, you are not bound to certain times. Strictly, you will determine when, where and what you would like to eat. Not even breakfast at 10pm in the evening will be a problem for us.

You can get tips, and countless fantastic excursion destinations, out of the guidebooks in the libraries - or simply ask our house staff. For excursions in Equis I, there is an air-conditioned all-terrain vehicle at your disposal, in Equis II various boats.
