Costa Rica entry

Customs made easy.

The entry into Costa Rica is plain sailing.
U.S. citizens only need to present valid passports that will not expire for at least thirty days after arrival, and a roundtrip/outbound ticket. Passports should be in good condition. Costa Rican authorities generally permit U.S. citizens without visa to stay up to ninety days.

Please keep in mind that you have to pay a departure tax of 26 US$. It's also possible to pay in Colones.
